Can someone help me with the "something went wrong app not installed" I've already done the install unknown apps and I barely used my storage I turned off google play protect too

for me for somereason my gacha life got a bug that everything was going on its self and all of my ocs were gone! i dont know how but i did not play it like 1 week only and it came like that,it happend like 1 minute ago so im willing to talk to the creator if it is possible.
